Bryan Independent School District, Bryan, Texas This renovation (53,480 square feet) and addition (9,500 square feet) project was challenging to all involved, due to a tight time line for both documentation and construction and due to a tight budget ($4.2 million). Work included extensive renovation to portions of the existing school, complete refinishing throughout, and additions of both classroom and support space. As the designers we worked closely with the school district and school users to determine the needs as could be accomplished with the available funds. |
