College Station, Texas The client — a software and consulting company — was crowded into five different lease spaces and wanted a new building that provided a quality work environment and that fit their corporate culture. Our design provided them with open work areas surrounded on all sides with clerestory windows with large overhangs to shade direct sunlight. The 12,200-square-foot building was designed for expansion after five years. Before construction was completed in 2007, the owner discovered that they were growing so fast that by the time the building was competed, they would be out of space. The addition was completed in 2011. |
