The Fountain Place building is a good example of a client coming to us with a picture or plan of a building that they like. We modeled our building loosely on what was provided, but surpassed the owner’s expectations with the final project. The two-story, 18,000 square-foot building has a monumental curved stair as the focus in the lobby. The owner/builder houses their construction office in this building. The Arkitex Studio designed the remaining spaces, leased to different tenants.
